My entire coaching philosophy is based on 3 principles
1) Learning how to optimize your conversations for success is a priority
Each and every conversation can change the trajectory of a career, a company, a relationship or a life. And when results are slow to come and your business is not in sync with its actual potential, it’s time to change the conversation. And it doesn’t matter what type of business you are in or in what industry you are growing it: every business is a people business, so we are all in the relationship business, shaping, building, strengthening (or sabotaging) relationships with ourselves and others, one conversation at a time.

I embarked on my own journey of self elevation and expansion at an early age: my passion for self-actualization and process-optimization made me travel the world to learn from the best mentors in the field of Leadership and Human Potential. And my 20 years long entrepreneurial path in tech was instrumental to create the kind of experience and expertise in Communication, Sales and Strategic Development that contributed to the success of the two family businesses and that eventually led to a successful exit.
Today, the depth and richness of my own journey is distilled in my work as a Performance Coach and Strategic Advisor and serves the entrepreneurial journey of other outstanding global leaders in their respective fields.
